Paying for an advert when creating it
Payment for your advert is made at the end of the advert creation process.
- Once you have entered the main details of your advert, you will reach Step 4 – Options.
- If you do not wish to add any options, simply leave all the options unchecked.
- Then click on the ‘Next’ button to continue the process.
- You will then be redirected to Step 5 – Confirmation and Payment, where you can check your listing details and proceed to payment.
Please note: Payment for orders can only be made by credit card.
Finalising an order pending payment or with a declined payment
If your payment has been declined or your order is still pending, you can finalise the payment from your account.
There are two ways to do this:
Via the My Orders tab
- Go to your account settings.
- Click on the ‘My Orders’ tab.
- Select the relevant order.
- Click on ‘Change payment method’.
- You will be redirected to the payment method selection page to complete the transaction.
Via the relevant listing
- Go to the ‘My listings’ section from your personal account.
- Locate the listing awaiting payment in the list.
- Click on the relevant listing.
- Then click on ‘Edit my listing’.
- Follow the steps to check or edit your ad
- Once the process is complete, you can proceed to payment to confirm the publication.
Approval and publication
Once your advert has been paid for and saved, it will be submitted to our moderation team for manual verification.
